Search engines may be the best way to drive visitors to your site. Millions of people all around the world are using search engine such as Google, Yahoo, Altavista, Lycas, Dmoz and many more. So, if your site is highly listed by the major search engine, I think you can imagine the number of visitors you will get. Below, I have listed some free search engine submission and also some sites that will teach you the way to be listed by the major search engine.

Here some tips to get your site rank higher in major search engine. Design a search-engine-friendly pages:
1) Write a suitable and relevant title for all of your pages. Make it short but easy-to-understand for both visitors and search engine.
2) Use Meta Tags like keywords for your site. Use the keywords that you want your visitors to search to reach your site or pages. Remember, the keywords MUST be related to your site and NEVER repeat a keyword because this won't help your site ranked higher. 20 keywords or less would be suitable.

3) Write some description about your site. This is like the summary of the page. Make it as precise as possible but not too long.

5) Search engines also rank your site by counting the link to your site by other sites. So link to this site and email me the url where you place the link. I will link back to your site.
6) After you have done all that, you can start submit your site to the search engines below. What can you do then? Be patient and wait. You can't expect your site to be listed in the search engines right away, It needs time.
