	If you want to be a webmaster, the first thing you have to know is HTML. There are other more advanced language like PHP, ASP and CGI. A Guide To HTML And CGI Scripts
Covers basic HTML as well as creating forms and frames. Tutorials on CGI scripts are also included.

This is not actually a html tutorial but more to web designing and graphic designing.

PHP (PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor)
PHP Manual in English
As you read this long manual provided by PHP.net, you will know what is PHP (stands for PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor), what can PHP do (lots more that you can think of) and the most important, you will be able to write simple and even advance PHP scripts. If you decide to develop locally. In this case, you will want to install a web server, such as Apache, and of course PHP. You will most likely want to install a database as well, such as MySQL. You will know more as you read through the manual. So have fun.

In case you want the manual in other languages, you can find them here. Note that the English version should be considered the most accurate, since translations are based on that version. Most of the translations are not complete, and contain English parts.
